A Team Built for
Real Impact.
Founded by Tyler Bayley, Bayley Publishing is powered by a dedicated team of educators, facilitators, and storytellers. Tyler leads from the front as the primary instructor, but every program is a team effort — built to give young people the tools they need to lead with confidence.
From school assemblies to multi-week curricula, our team walks alongside students and educators every step of the way — creating experiences that build lasting skills, stronger communities, and real impact.
We believe leadership isn't just a skill — it's a mindset. And with the right team, every young person has the potential to discover theirs.
