Meet Our Instructors

Tyler Bayley, MBA, is a National Award-Winning Speaker recognized by Toastmasters International and a dynamic youth communication and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience. He holds an Executive MBA with honours from Quantic School of Business and Technology, specializing in Operations and Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology from Laurentian University with a focus in Education and Learning Psychology, and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Sheridan College.

Throughout his career, Tyler has coached more than 8,000 students across all age groups, developing and delivering public speaking, confidence, and leadership programs through Bayley Publishing, York Region municipalities, and YBM Education Inc. in South Korea. He has served as a Canadian Youth Conference keynote speaker for four consecutive years and has coordinated keynotes, workshops, and coaching sessions on both in-person and virtual platforms.

A prolific author, Tyler has published over 16 children's books and more than 10 educational programs, including titles such as The ABC of Being Awesome, 7 Day Confidence Challenge, and Virtual Presenter Playbook. His specializations span curriculum development, educational program management, sales and account management, and staff and event coordination, making him a versatile leader in youth development and professional education.

Heidi Boivin, MSW, RSW, is a bilingual Youth Counsellor and Registered Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in medical and community social work. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University (2010) and a Master of Social Work from York University (2012). Heidi has built a distinguished career spanning palliative care coordination, hospital social work, and youth counselling across prominent Ontario health institutions, including Ontario Health atHome, Southlake Regional Health Centre, and Mackenzie Health.

Her clinical specializations include grief, bereavement, crisis intervention, trauma, palliative care, and mental health. She holds certifications in Crisis Prevention and Intervention, as well as the KIDS Grieve Too! bereavement certificate through Good Grief! Bereavement Healing Services, and actively participates in ongoing education through Pallium Canada, Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, and the Annual Indigenous Health Forum.

Heidi has extensive experience working with youth, including serving as a Special Needs Counsellor and Camp Counsellor with the Town of Richmond Hill, supporting children aged 3–12 with Autism and dual diagnoses, and working with infants and young children through Ontario Early Years. She also served as an Autism and Asperger's Instructor and Counsellor at the Geneva Centre for Autism.
