Bayley Publishing — All Programs
100% Refund — 7+ Days Before Start
If you cancel 7 or more days before the program start date (including exactly 7 days out), you will receive a full 100% refund with no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
75% Refund — Within 7 Days of Start (Days 1–6)
If you cancel 6 days or fewer before the program start date (up to and including the day of the first class, before it begins), you will receive a 75% refund. Because your spot has been held and others may have been turned away, a 25% non-refundable fee applies.
50% Refund — Within 48 Hours After the First Class
If you attend the first class and decide the program isn't right for you, you may request a 50% refund — but only if you contact us within 48 hours of the first class ending. After that 48-hour window, no refund will be issued regardless of circumstances.
No Refund — After 48 Hours Post First Class
Once 48 hours have passed since the first class, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. By remaining enrolled beyond this point, you have occupied a spot that could have been given to another student. Full payment is retained.
If Bayley Publishing cancels a program for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
Email us at partnerships@bayleypublishing.com with your name, your student's name, the program, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. For any outstanding issues or special circumstances, please reach out to the same address.
This policy applies to all Bayley Publishing programs including Voices of Impact, The Legacy Book Project, Student CEO Accelerator, and all VIP Private Sessions. By completing payment, you agree to these refund terms.
